StreetCat's arch-nemesis is Barking Mad, a dog themed Joker-like guy, but I haven't drawn him yet.

In the CosmiCat universe, StreetCat is a fictional character. CosmiCat and his humans watch StreetCat: The Animated Series religiously. CatBeard manages to get his paws on the comic (which is darker and more violent than the cartoon) every month. They're both big fans of the character. CosmiCat got his costume off of a StreetCat plush toy.
